Christian Pulisic looking to join AC Milan. Christian Pulisic of Chelsea is reportedly willing to take a pay cut to sign for AC Milan this summer.
The American international’s contract at Stamford Bridge expires in June 2024, and Gazzetta. it reports that he makes €5 million there. He is presently valued at over €25 million and has been competing with other West London giants for playing time.
This season, Pulisic only played for the first team in 813 Premier League minutes. Additionally, the additions of Noni Madueke and Mykhaylo Mudryk in January put his spot in Chelsea’s starting lineup in jeopardy.
The 24-year-old still has a long way to go before reaching his peak potential. He might be given a key position in AC Milan’s squad opposite Rafael Leao.
They will be attempting to build on the previous two campaigns, in which they won the Scudetto and advanced to the UEFA Champions League semifinals. Brahim Diaz’s return to Real Madrid from his loan period leaves them with a vacuum in the attacking third that needs to be filled.
Leao has signed a new contract with AC Milan that will keep him with the team through the summer of 2028, a striking display of their intentions. The addition of Pulisic, whose dribbling and speed are similar to those of the Portuguese winger, might give the I Rossoneri’s frontline even more venom.
The forward, who was born in Pennsylvania, cost Chelsea €64 million in transfer fees in January 2019, which continues to be the highest sum ever spent on an American football player.
Christian Pulisic of Chelsea is urged by a pundit to join Newcastle United:
ESPN reported last month that Christian Pulisic’s status at Chelsea had been communicated to Juventus, Newcastle United, Napoli, AC Milan, and Galatasaray.
The 24-year-old is rumored to be a top candidate to leave Stamford Bridge this summer. Shaka Hislop, a former custodian for Newcastle, has pushed him to join the Magpies if the opportunity arises amidst this.
Hislop stated via the Chelsea Chronicle to ESPN: “I believe Newcastle United would provide him with the leadership he needs. Listen, if I were to advise Christian Pulisic, I would recommend him to accept Newcastle’s offer to sign with them…”
He added: “Eddie Howe enjoys using that tempo. I’d like to have him. I believe he matches Eddie Howe’s playing style. He lacks an inflated sense of self and is willing to learn from Eddie Howe and be coached.”
Newcastle appears to be a rising force in sports. They have qualified for the UEFA Champions League for the 2023–24 season after being acquired in October 2021 by the extremely wealthy Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund (PIF).
