Erling Haaland has disclosed some of the foods he consumes to keep his body in tip-top shape, including the liver and the heart.
Haaland has scored 15 goals so far this season, off to an exciting start in the Premier League. His latest diet disclosure, which included eating heart, maybe the key to his remarkable start.
The striker disclosed some of the more peculiar components of his diet, such as heart and liver, in a documentary titled “Haaland: The Big Decision.” You [others] don’t eat this, but I worry about looking after my body, he said. The most crucial, in my opinion, is eating nutritious food that is as close to home as feasible. Some claim that meat is unhealthy, but which meat? McDonald’s meat, perhaps? Or perhaps that nearby cow nibbling grass? I consume the liver and heart.
Before every home game, the Norwegian striker consumes a homemade lasagne made by his father, Alfie, and manager Pep Guardiola made fun of the food following their victory over Southampton. We can propose that Erling’s father prepare food for us, he suggested. If this is Erling’s hidden agenda, I’ll persuade [chairman] Khaldoon [Al Mubarak] to send him here! However, I don’t believe there is a single secret.
According to reports, Haaland consumes about 6,000 calories daily to maintain his ideal weight. In addition, he filters his water and gets sunshine in his eyes as soon as he wakes up, two fairly peculiar procedures that he implements into his daily regimen. Anything he does seems to be effective!
On October 11, Manchester City will play Copenhagen in the Champions League before a huge Premier League match against Liverpool. Haaland was very lackluster in his debut for City against the Reds in the Community Shield, but he has since disproved his doubters, and he most likely will do so once more on October 16.
