Sam Allardyce has returned to Premier League management for the first time in over two years, with the former England manager taking over at West Brom.
West Brom has named Sam Allardyce as their new head coach, just hours after Slaven Bilic’s sacking.
Allardyce, whose key achievement as a manager occurred between 1999 and 2007 at Bolton, signed an 18-month deal with his long-time assistant Sammy Lee on board.
His first match in charge in his eighth Premier League club will be the West Midlands derby against Aston Villa on Sunday.
