On Friday night before the semi-final match in the second leg of Coppa Italia, Milan and Juventus joined together to stand up against racism by wearing custom jerseys.
Every Serie A clubs warmed up in tops featuring anti-racism signs and promoting the movement of Black Lives Matter.
Juventus got ‘NO RACISM’ printed in block capitals on the back of the training T-shirts, Cristiano Ronaldo and Paulo Dybala were seen wearing the same.
Below the club’s logo, Milan imprinted the slogan of ‘Black Lives Matter’.
With Romelu Lukaku and Mario Balotelli among the players reported for violence – this season there has been a spate of racial incidents in Italian football.
