Juventus offers €10 million for Paul Pogba. JLa Gazzetta dello Sport (via Get Football News Italy) reports that Paul Pogba’s asking price from Juventus is just €10 million, despite the fact that Saudi Arabia is reportedly interested in him.
The aforementioned source claimed that Al-Ahli, not Saudi Pro League champions Al-Ittihad, was the club interested in signing Pogba. Roberto Firmino, a Brazilian attacker, was recently signed by Al-Ahli on a free transfer after his Liverpool contract expired.
They have shown interest in Paul Pogba and are now looking to bolster their midfield. The Saudi Arabian team wants to evaluate the France midfielder’s health before moving forward with their preparations. The midfielder is followed by this during Juventus’ injury-plagued 2022–23 campaign.
Paul Pogba struggled in Serie A the previous season after leaving Manchester United on a free transfer. The center midfielder was limited to 10 games across all competitions, and he only contributed one assist.
Despite Al-Ahli’s desire, Pogba is keen to get back to his winning ways at the Allianz Stadium, and Juventus are now taking their time. But if he wishes to leave, the Old Lady won’t stop him and will sell him for as little as €10 million.
A long way has passed since the sale of Pogba to Manchester United for the then-record sum of €105 million (£89 million).
Juventus is willing to sell Pogba for under €10 million since they are still making money off the Frenchman despite the fact that he joined them on a free transfer.
If Pogba moved to Saudi Arabia this summer, he would be yet another well-known athlete to join the team there. Others who have recently joined teams in the Saudi Pro League include Karim Benzema, N’Golo Kante, and Ruben Neves.
Paul Pogba is more well-known for his first spell at Juventus:
At Juventus right now, Paul Pogba is serving his second stint. Six years at Manchester United are wedged between his two stints with the Turin giants. In 2016, United paid a global transfer record to sign the France midfielder after his stellar first stint at Juventus.
Pogba played 178 times for the Old Lady during his first season at the club. He went on to score 34 goals and provide 40 assists throughout his trophy-filled time in Italy. Among the various honors Paul Pogba has collected are two Copa Italia medals and four Serie A titles. Juventus also went to the 2015 UEFA Champions League final under his guidance, where they lost to Barcelona in Berlin.
The France lineup, who defeated Croatia to win the 2018 World Cup in Russia, included Paul Pogba. But he was a Manchester United player at the time.
