Arsenal will swap Takehiro Tomiyasu with Juventus star. Arsenal is reportedly interested in signing Juventus defender Gleison Bremer in the summer. The Old Lady places a valuation on Bremer of around £44.5 million. Even though they wouldn’t normally sell the Brazilian, the Italian club is presently in a terrible financial situation.
Bremer, 25, has played for the Bianconeri in 27 games this season, making three goals and one assist. At the beginning of the season, he transferred from Torino to the team. Clubs all over Europe, including Arsenal, have expressed interest in Bremer as a result of his achievements.
Takehiro Tomiyasu is reportedly desired as part of the deal, and the north London club is reportedly prepared to give £27 million for the player. Tomiyasu, a former fullback for Bologna FC, has played sporadic minutes for Arsenal this year. Only 12 of the right-28 back’s appearances for Arsenal’s senior squad this season have been starts.
With 32 starts for the north Londoners this season, Ben White has been a dependable fixture for Arsenal. He is a natural center-back but has also played right back and mastered the position.
Recently, White described how his family was always there for him. White told the Gunners’ official media (via the team’s website): “My family is always my primary inspiration; their love and support are probably what got me interested in the sport. Since I can remember, I have loved football and my family has always supported me. From a young age, playing football was all I desired to do.”
White continued by saying that he was the first member of his family to consider a football profession. Nobody in my family has ever played football; they have never been interested in it, the defense claimed. My folks didn’t pressure me into playing football because they aren’t at all fans. But when they realized how much I cherished it, they made every effort to support me.
“I’m not really sure how I came into it in the first place; it was probably just playing in the park or garden with friends. I don’t know why, and I don’t believe there was a specific incident that got me interested in football, but I do recall that I did from the very first time I kicked a ball.”
On March 9, White and Arsenal will be back in action as the Gunners travel to Sporting CP for the first game of their round of 16 Europa League matchup.
