Sandro Tonali ‘wants to remain in Italy’, says the owner of Brescia Massimo Cellino.
Between Inter and Juventus, Tonali is actually facing a tug-of-war on the transfer market.
Cellino has indicated that the player may join either team.
“There have been just a few phone calls so far, with nothing beyond that,” he told Gr Parlament (via Football Italia).
“After everything that’s happened, it’s hard to talk about the transfer market, but I hope the lad keeps having fun on the field like he did before.”
“I wouldn’t want to see all these speculations contribute to something that affects our chances of keeping up.”
“Inter and Juve, like other teams, have asked me about him. What’s for sure is that the player wants to stay in Italy and we’re going to satisfy him.”
“I don’t want swap offers. We’re not that desperate.”
