After the Reds were beaten 5-4 by Arsenal in the Carabao Cup clash, Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp paid a lot of respect to Harry Wilson.
The home side created some really good opportunities, but over the course of 90 minutes, the net could not be reached. To reach the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup, Arsenal finished off Liverpool on penalties.
In spite of the loss, the Reds manager was full of praise for his young players.
While Harry Wilson made his full Reds bow amid continuing speculation about his future, Rhys Williams and Neco Williams both began.
Wilson was very impressive said Reds boss despite the absence of a decisive spot-kick in the shoot-out.
“Harry Wilson, my Goodness, played in the center, and defended well. I like a lot of parts of the game, but we’ve lost in the end, and that’s the part I don’t like,” said Klopp, quoted by Liverpool Echo.
Wilson is a highly regarded left-footed winger who came to the club from the youth ranks. The Reds are probably trying to get him off this season and it’s still hard for him to break into the first team.
Premier League outfit Burnley wants to sign him. However, Claret’s opening bid is thought to fall far short of the original Reds’ asking price.

Wilson, who was credited eight times in Bournemouth last season, also received interest from Leicester, Fulham, Southampton, Leeds, and Newcastle.
