It’s all done, and despite Liverpool winning at Anfield, City’s incredible comeback from a two-goal deficit earns them the Premier League championship.
Liverpool finishes second by a single point, breaking the 90-point barrier and going home empty-handed for the second time.
What a season and a pair of teams at the top of the Premier League tree.

Goals:
GOOOOOOOOAAAAAALLLLLLLL!!!!!!! Wolves take the lead!!!! Jimenez brings down a long kick from Sa, and he smashes the ball across the goal to an unmarked Neto, who taps it home!!! There is an early twist in this game, in which Wolves now lead 1-0!!!
GOOOAAAALLLL!!! Liverpool equalise!!! Thiago brilliantly flicks Konate’s pass into Mane’s path, who drives into the box and slots it over the diving Sa and into the back of the net! They still need another to lead, but the Reds are back on track here, 1-1!!!
GOOOAAALLLLL!!!! Liverpool has their goal!!! A Matip header from the corner is half-cleared off the line by Jimenez, but Matip heads it back to Salah, who prods home a crucial goal in this title race!!! 2-1 to the Reds, and it will be one hell of a final few minutes here!
GOOOAAALLL!!! Liverpool has another!!! Robertson races into the box from the left play a one-two with Firmino, and slides in to stab the ball beyond Ruddy to make it 3-1 to Liverpool!
So, what’s next?
Liverpool did their best, but City’s five-minute comeback sees the title stay in Manchester for this season.
Jurgen Klopp’s men were superb as the game wore on, but City was just too strong in their game.
Not the best final day for the Wolves either, as they drop to 10th after big wins for Leicester City and Brighton and Hove Albion see Bruno Lage’s side leapfrogged.
