In the 34th round of the Premiership, Tottenham played poorly against Bournemouth, finishing 0-0 draw, which is a rather disappointing result for visiting manager Jose Mourinho.
Roy Keane made sure in his analysis, to make matters worse for the Spurs.
“Tottenham were desperate in that game, their rival showed more desire. Likewise, the Spurs went to Sheffield away and also didn’t fight at all. But it’s in Tottenham’s DNA, they keep disappointing you. The table doesn’t lie, the ninth is, exactly where they should be”, said the legendary captain of United and added:
“When you remove Kane from the team, Tottenham is in huge trouble, it’s an average team. And now it looks like his players have gone on holiday. Mourinho has big worries, his team looks shocking. The only consolation is that he can’t get worse than this.”
