In an interview with former German captain Lothar Matthäus, Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski answers the question of who he considers the best player in football history.
“There is no single player. Players shape an era. You were such a player. The last 10-15 years – Messi, CR7, Ronaldinho. And the Brazilian striker Ronaldo before that,” Lewandowski said.
“There are always incredible talents, players who just personify the pleasure of playing football. World stars are able to make complicated things look simple.”
