In place of head coach Fabio Liverani, the management of Parma has appointed Roberto D′Aversa, who has already led the team from December 2016 to August 2020 and took it to the top of the league from the country’s third division.
Remarkably, less than six months ago D′Aversa was sacked with the words “due to the disappearance of cohesion, harmony and mutual enthusiasm” in the team.
The club is 18th in the table with 12 points after 18 Serie A rounds. Their next match will be against Lazio on 10 January.
