Manchester United awarded a new deal to Mason Greenwood, who has emerged as one of Europe’s most talented teenage footballers.
Mason Greenwood has signed a new contract at Manchester United, that binds him to the Premier League giants until June 2025.
Stressing their confidence that Greenwood, 19, an academy product, is poised to play a major role in their future, United said that the contract includes the opportunity for another year.
“Mason is a fantastic talent and yet another fine example of the type of player that our academy produces,” Solskjaer said.
“He has made great progress this season, showing real maturity and adaptability to his game, which has seen him develop into one of the best young players in the country.”
