Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp has shared his opinion about the 1-0 win over Wolverhampton in an EPL match.
“The situation [with Patricio] looked terrible. I spoke to the Wolves coaches, they are staying positive. It was a real shock,” Klopp said to BBC.
“As for the game, the result was very important. It was a serious battle. If we got three points, I am happy with that. We had moments when we should have played better. In terms of defense, the match was good. I just did not like the start, we were not active enough.”
“We were good in defense, counterattacking. A lot of good football moments. Scored a beautiful goal. I thought the goalkeeper would pull it in, but the ball went in the goal.
There were a lot of good things today, but the three points are more important than anything else. We wanted to go into the break for the national matches in a positive mood, and we did.”
