Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp has expressed his thoughts on Schalke defender Ozan Kabak’s loan spell.
“He came to Germany very young. It was obvious to everyone that he has a huge talent,” Klopp said to official website of the club.
“He is only 20 years old. He plays for Schalke, his second club [in Germany].
Unfortunately, they are in a bad position right now. I think it’s a really good moment for him to move because he, like every player in the world, needs a stable team. That’s what we can offer.”
“We create a stable team and you can play in your position. At 20 years of age you don’t have to be able to do almost everything on the pitch and you can have the right to make mistakes.”
“David Wagner (former Schalke coach) always said that Kabak is a future captain. Ozan is a proper personality.”
