The German Football Association is looking for a new head coach for the national team.
Germany failed to reach the semifinals of the UEFA Nations League after losing to Spain.
This defeat was the biggest one for the team in official matches.
According to Sport Bild, in case Joachim Löw resigns next summer the German Football Association is interested in inviting Bayern’s head coach Hans-Dieter Flick.
It is noted that Flick is dissatisfied with a number of recent decisions by Bayern, in particular with the likely resignations of David Alaba and Jerome Boateng next summer.
Both players are running out of contracts that are unlikely to be extended for various reasons.
