Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville has described the possible team’s goals of this season.
“The FA Cup this season is very important for the club. The League Cup and the FA Cup have been the starting point for Man Utd for the last 15 or 20 years,” Neville said to Sky Sports.
“If Ole Gunnar Solskjaer intends to succeed with this club, he needs not only to finish the season in 2nd place [in the Premier League] but also to take the trophy.”
“Then it will really be progress. Then the club will be able to attract newcomers in the off-season to challenge Manchester City.”
