Barcelona and Sevilla played 1: 1 at the Camp Nou, in the last game and the derby of the 5th round.
In the 8th minute with a goal by Luuc de Jong, Sevilla took the lead but just two minutes later Coutinho took advantage of a mistake by visiting captain Jesus Navas who ideally left him the ball to score after trying to stop Messi’s pass to the Brazilian.
There were several attempts from both sides by the end of the game, and the best opportunity for Barcelona was in the referee’s addition Trincao, but his shot from a promising situation was saved by the visiting goalkeeper Bono.
On the way back to Camp Nou in Sevilla’s jersey, Ivan Rakitic played a good 78 minutes.
Earlier in the afternoon, after beating Levane 2-0 away the Real Madrid players took the lead in the Spanish league table. The victory for the current Spanish champion was brought by Vinicius Junior (16) and Karim Benzema (90 + 5). The captain of the Croatian national team Luka Modrić played for Real until the 89th minute.
Ahead of Betis with nine and Real Sociedad and Villarreal with eight points each, the Royal Club leads with 10 points and a game less.
