Kerala Blasters on Sunday put a stop to defending champions Mumbai City FC’s campaign of four consecutive wins in the current season (ISL-2021) of the Indian Super League football tournament. The team of Kerala upset the Mumbai City team playing with 10 players by a huge margin of 3-0. However, the Mumbai team did not suffer any loss in the points table and it still remains on top.
This is the second win for Kerala Blasters in the current season. With this win, Kerala’s team has moved from eighth to fifth place in the points table of the Indian Super League.
