Former Real Madrid goalkeeper Iker Casillas has been offered a job at the Madrid club.
The Spaniard has taken up the post of Real Madrid’s Foundation general manager assistant.
Casillas is a pupil of the capital club and played for the senior team from 1998 to 2015 before moving to Porto.
“Iker Casillas is a Real Madrid legend who embodies the values of our club and is the best goalkeeper in our history,” the official statement of the club claims.
“Real Madrid are proud to welcome one of their great captains to their home walls.”
