Florentino Perez has few conditions for Ronaldo’s return. Cristiano Ronaldo will reportedly return to Real Madrid solely to serve in an administrative capacity, according to club president Florentino Perez. The Saudi Pro League team Al-Nassr presently fields the Portuguese superstar.
Ronaldo is a genuine Spanish Giants legend. Before departing the club in 2018, he amassed 450 goals in 438 games and contributed to the team’s four UEFA Champions League championships.
According to some reports, the Portuguese were formerly members of the team. According to Defensa Central, Perez does not appear to be interested in signing Ronaldo as a player, though.
He is prepared to accept Ronaldo’s return as an ambassador, though. Roles like these have previously been filled by club luminaries like Raul, Luis Figo, and others.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s decision to move to Al-Nasr was questioned by Rivaldo, who wants the player to complete his career at Real Madrid:
Cristiano Ronaldo’s transfer to Al-Nassr was recently questioned by Barcelona icon Rivaldo. Rivaldo questions whether the enormous £173 million a year that the Portuguese are apparently paid is worthwhile. He said that he hoped to see the five-time Ballon d’Or winner return to Madrid and complete his playing career there.
The Brazilian recently said (via GOAL): “I recognize that players are occasionally duped by the huge contracts they sign in Saudi Arabia. However, the community there is smaller, and playing football is not always as simple as they anticipate. Perhaps he is experiencing a time of disappointment and possibly introspection. Is the salary he receives sufficient to compensate for the unsatisfactory life he is currently leading?”
He added: “Every athlete experiences this, and Messi will soon get the opportunity. Cristiano Ronaldo returning to Real Madrid to complete his career would be beneficial for both him and football. Fans must recognize that they cannot expect the same level of performance from him as they did when he was 25 or 26 years old, but he can still help the team advance.”
It’s quite improbable that Ronaldo would ever play again for Los Blancos, despite the Brazilian’s yearning. Los Blancos are assembling a team for the future even though the Portuguese are now 38 years old.
