Zlatan Ibrahimovic has courted controversy back home since the Milan striker appeared to violate COVID-19 regulations by breaching Hammarby’s dressing room.
Ibrahimovic took the opportunity last night to watch Hammarby – the club he owns in part – host Ostersund in their Allsvenskan opener. He is recovering from his injury to the calf in Sweden.
He moved into the dressing room after his team won 2-0 and after the final whistle to congratulate the players on their victory.
Among many publications, Gazzetta Dello Sport warned that he has violated the health etiquette since only players and technical staff are allowed to enter changing rooms.
The Swedish FA may open an inquiry into his actions, say reports in the home country of the 38-year-old.
Meanwhile, Mila, will not punish him for allowing him to fly back to Sweden on his day off.
Zlatan, who was recently linked with signing for Hammarby, is scheduled to be checked on Wednesday to decide how long he ‘s going to be out.
