According to Willian’s representative Kia Joorabchian, Willian’s future at Chelsea is very much up in the air. He also claims, the midfielder is ready to “finish his career at a very high stage.”
The “ambition” of his client is likely to see him leave Chelsea later in the year unless the club is willing to offer fresh contract terms, maintains Joorabchian.
“The talks had been about two to three years until the pandemic happened.” Willian’s agent told Sky Sports.
“We appreciate and recognize Chelsea’s strategy, but Willian has a career and ambition. He needs to finish his career performing at a really high level.”
