In the latest round of Premier League testing, 2,250 tests were conducted, one resulted positive of coronavirus, BBC reports.
The unidentified person will now self-isolate for seven days.
Last week from 1,829 tests there was one positive result. From 11 rounds of testing, there have now been a total of 19 positive results.
After a suspension of 100 days because of the pandemic, the Premier League returned to action on 17 June.
