There is optimism despite the current state that there is no deal with Inter Milan, Lautaro Martinez’s contract aims to take moves forward and in Barcelona.
Lautaro has already negotiated a five-year Barça contract worth 12 million euros plus annual bonuses, according to Sport.es. He awaits the outcome of the two clubs’ talks and his desire is clear: to move to Camp Nou.
Barça neither confirm these reports nor deny them. They’re focused only on the Inter negotiations. The club realizes Lautaro wants the transfer and hopes it would promote one of the summer’s largest deals.
Talks with Lautaro deepened, following interest from Real Madrid and Manchester City, in February. They have convinced him that he will be an important player and there have been different conversations. Inter had granted permission to continue the talks.
Barça and Inter seem to come to an agreement with the player attached to it. Barça outlined a plan that would involve two players in addition to 60 million in cash. Inter want 80 million.
The Blaugrana hopes that something will come in as soon as possible, while the two clubs are coming closer to an agreement.
