Lukas Klostermann granted the expansion of the agreement until June 2024 at RB Leipzig.
After being uplifted to the 2. Bundesliga the defender moved to Leipzig in 2014, and in all competitions he made 159 appearances for the side, contributing 11 goals and assisting 10.
In 2019-20, Klostermann played 33 times under Julian Nagelsmann, helping them to finish third in the Bundesliga – five points ahead of Bayern Munich’s leaders – and the Champions League quarter-finals.

Klostermann made his national team debut with Serbia in a 1-1 draw in March 2019.
