Before quitting Fiorentina, Federico Chiesa should give a thought despite growing speculation regarding his future, according to Alessandro Diamanti, states Goal.
Chiesa is a challenging player, despite his Fiorentina exploits. Juventus and Inter, as well as Premier League giants Manchester United and Chelsea are allegedly involved.
Fiorentina boss Rocco Commisso is open to selling Chiesa if the forward wishes to quit the Viola, but Diamanti has some recommendations for his countryman.
Ex-Italy international Diamanti is now captain of A-League side Western United in Australia and played two loan spells with Fiorentina. He told Stats Perform: “If I were Chiesa I’d consider twice before I quit Fiorentina.”
“Commisso came with a lot of passion and preparation and I would consider twice if I were Federico Chiesa before quitting this Fiorentina with new ownership.”
