After fighting off robbers former Leeds owner Massimo Cellino has received an injury to his nose during an accident on Sunday, Sky Sports reports.
In his current home town, Padenghe Sul Garda, in northern Italy, two men attempted to snatch a watch off Cellino’s wrist.
Before the would-be thieves escaped without an attempt to snatch something, the Brescia owner hit his nose on his open car door.
After Brescia lost 3-0 at home to Roma to take a step closer to being relegated from Serie A, the accident happened the same afternoon.
Cellino’s squad are nine points adrift of safety with six rounds left in the 2019-20 season.
